Sara Pretelli is a filmmaker and photographer working between Italy and London, with over 13 years of experience in the visual storytelling industry.
Her work blends a documentary sensibility with a deep attention to detail, revealing the human side of travel, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture. Through both video and photography, Sara captures stories with authenticity and emotional depth — always seeking the soul behind the surface. She has collaborated with international travel brands and tourism boards to create compelling visual campaigns, and she regularly covers major trade shows and cultural events across Europe, including Milan Design Week, WTM London, DSEI, Pitti Uomo, Fibo, and more.
Sara’s projects often focus on people: their stories, their work, and their spaces — from artisan studios in Tuscany to remote villages in Japan, where she produced a short documentary series about traditional crafts still thriving today. She is also a strong advocate of sustainable living and has worked with eco-conscious brands to promote responsible values through visual content.
